Wine School 2010
Wine 101 wine's school takes on a
whole new approach to wine tasting. Our school/
wine tasting will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of every
month starting in March and wrapping up in June.
We are taking a whole new approach to wine education and
knowledge.
Our Wine Sommelier John Hanck and
local wine maker Edward Gomez will facilitate the
classes; they will share their combined knowledge of
wines and wine making process throughout the class.
Classes are scheduled:
March 17 - Blind Wine Tasting
April 21 - White Wine & Making White Wine
May 19 - Red Wine & Making Red Wine
June 16 - Wine & Price Comparing featuring "Silver Oak"
